Paul Ward - Director
Following an early career in Accounting at The Bank of England Paul has spent the last 30 years in Sales and Sales Management.
After a fantastic period of Sales and Management training with blue chip companies such as United Biscuits, Paul developed a successful career in food sales.
Fifteen years ago he joined the Professional Hair Industry with Goldwell Hair Cosmetics, winning Sales Manager of the Year in 2001.
Since then Paul has been part of the Management Team that took TIGI to the most successful professional retail brand in the UK.
He then took Sexy Hair from a fledgling brand to an established one in just 3 years.
Paul was the Sales Director at MAC Professional Haircare for 2 years, more than doubling their turnover in that period.
Now in his role as a Director of Maverick running the Essex office, he manages most parts of the Sales, Logistics and Marketing functions of the Company.
Francesca Ward - Business Development Manager
After achieving a First Class Degree in Psychology, Francesca is a great asset to the Maverick Team. She liaises with all of our European and UK customers ensuring they receive regular offers, are updated on our expanding portfolio and support them in any way she can.
Elliot Ward - Marketing Manager
Elliot is unusual that he has excellent academic ability, but also has tremendous creative flair.
He plays a key role at Maverick creating and managing all of the company and brand websites, as well as creating all of the company’s marketing material.
Jordan Blackburn - Sales & Marketing Support
Jordan is currently studying Computing at college, but works at Maverick part time, supporting both the Sales and Marketing departments.
